Will a partial upgrade retain the "with Teams" rights?
[edited] What will happen when doing a partial upgrade from O365 E3 --> M365 E3? The FAQ shows that when upgrading from eg. O365 E3 --> M365 E3, the customer can retain their 'with Teams' rights....
