Enterprise Agreement - Move EA to a new Tenant
We need to move all services from an existing Tenant to a new one including the Enterprise Agreement because there is our licensing we need to use in the new one.
Or maybe you could help with a licensing expert to ask for it.

Hi JoseChan
I see that your inquiry was moved into the NCE Community on 12/18/23 because it went unanswered on another community:
Tenant migration is out of scope for the Licensing Concierge. I can try to assist or find out who you should contact if I have a better understanding of your ask.
- You've stated that your customer has an Enterprise Agreement (EA), correct? If so, what specific product is the customer using?
- Are you asking about tenant migration in NCE?
- Are you asking about moving subscriptions from one tenant to another?
- Also, it's not possible to move NCE licenses from one tenant to another. Once licenses are activated in a tenant, they cannot be moved until the term is over.
