Dynamics 365 Operations - Order Lines licenses cannot be activated.
Hi WillBen & Ilja_22071982
1. Is the order lines product still current? The current price list shows that Operations Order Lines is only available for nonfit, charity, & government. The corporate SKU shows that it's been deprecated.
2. If not, what has it been replaced with? When I do a google search for Operations Order Lines, my first result is the Intelligent Order Management product that you previously mentioned. I checked the current price list and there is a corporate SKU for this product.
- Operations - Order Lines is a B2C construct. In other words, when you buy something online - the SKU regardless of the quantity is the order line.
- Intelligent Order Management is also designed for customers that are implementing business to consumer (B2C), but is also designed for direct to consumer, and business to business order process flows - Intelligent Order Management overview | Microsoft Learn
3. If it is current, it cant be purchased on Partner Center and we will log the ticket there. (see above)

Intelligent order Lines has NOTHING to do with operations order lines ?
i can not believe we, as Microsoft Partners are suggested to post our Questions here.
Where is the Answer to the question ? Order Lines are used by many customers , it is simply an error , that they dont show up in the Price list , since there was no depreciation announced and no successor.

Hi Ruben Heinrich,
I completely agree with you on this, the support we get as partners is not ideal. And the attitude when we aren't satisfied with the subpar answers is even worse. The below response just made me deal with the issue via another channel.

Hi WillBen & Ruben Heinrich
I'm very sorry to hear of your frustrations and I certainly didn't intend to add to it.
There may have been a misunderstanding. To clarify, when I stated that I didn't mention any changes, I was responding to the following:
You asked about changes to a document; however, I was trying to troubleshoot reasons why the Operations Order Lines product could be missing...I wasn't calling out any changes.
I then provided an update stating that I've escalated your inquiry on (October 16th). Which is to advise each of you to submit the issue to the MPN portal as the Operations Order Lines SKU should not be removed or show as deprecated on the current price list.
My response stating that I did a google search was directed to Ilja_22071982 where Ilja asked if Operations Order Lines was replaced with Intelligent Order Management:
I hope that clears up my response and I certainly hope that my response does not add to your frustrations.

Through our PDM we got the following message:
"Thank you for your time spent for the resolution of this issue and accept my apologies for delay on the response. I will quickly explain the outcome of my investigation so far. I see that my colleague previously explained that this product is no longer available for Legacy. I noted from the internal ticket created for our product specialists that this particular product will be launching in NCE at 12/1/2023"

Thank you for posting on the community.
Are you able to see my reply dated October 16th where I've provided the resolution for the deprecated Operations Order Lines SKU?
