D365 Marketing Renewal

What We Know:

As we know, the Microsoft-led migration occurs on the date of subscription renewal, starting January 2024. Per NCE guidelines, Partners will have seven days (168hrs...not business hours!)  after migration is complete to change the subscription term (from the default annual term), quantity or cancel the subscription if necessary.

What We've Learned:

Considering the option to renew existing365 Marketing licenses for one (final) year, the response was that existing customers with the old D365 Marketing license, can renew in legacy until Sept 2024. 

When a license is renewed, we will honor the terms. Therefore, if the term is annual, the license will be valid until end of term. Only after Sept '24 they cannot renew in legacy & they must renew in NCE.
