    Hi Benny6277 

     

     

    Per pg.29 of the D365 LG, Customer Insights is licensed per tenant and includes entitlements to install both the Customer Insights - Journeys and Customer Insights - Data applications in up to four different environments.

     

    Also, you can easily switch any environment from sandbox to production, or production to sandbox, at any time. The Customer Insights - Journeys app doesn't limit this standard platform operation.
