LicensingConcierge1 . Thank you for your reply. I am not referring to a EU blog. I refer to your FAQ document.

I would like to see such important information in Product Terms and not in a changing FAQ. I really need some guidance if there will be a migration path in future where customer keep their teams when changing the CSP partner without paying more.

- ChristianRoth1991Nov 28, 2023Copper ContributorThank you for your help. I thought there are ideas that "at at later time" there might be the possibility for customer to chose their preferred CSP partner without paying more. I did not expect that "At this time" was only referring to the date of the FAQ creation date. I want to avoid in every single customer request to check the FAQ document if this rule has changed "at this time". You answered my question. Thank you a lot!

If I understand correctly, the question (from the FAQ) asks "If an existing customer wants to change their partner of record after October 1st, will the customer need to create a new subscription with the new partner?"
The FAQ answer is "Yes. We are still in the process of determining the best approach to managing this currently unsupported scenario, while limiting disruption for our customers.
At this time, if a customer switches partners, they would need to create a new subscription with their new partner. For example, if an existing Enterprise customer is considering switching partners on October 15th, they would have to purchase the Microsoft 365 E3 EEA (no Teams) suite and EEA Teams standalone (if desired). "
However, you're wanting to define the duration of "at this time", correct? Per the announcement at the top of the document, there is a statement dated 11/20 that informs readers that the FAQ will continually be updated.
I understand that you would prefer that this information not be in an FAQ, but be posted on the Product Terms website. Your feedback is welcomed here on the Partner community in the event someone from the team visits this forum.
However, for better visibility, please contact the team per my previous reply as they've requested to be contacted w/ comments/feedback:
