If I understand correctly, the transfer from Company A to Company B has already taken place, correct?
If so, please log into Partner Center and find the following resources:
- pg.24, section 9.2 of the CSP NCE Handbook discusses adding further licenses into the same subscription.
- As for the legacy ERP products in your scenario, please find the Bridge to the Cloud 2 Promo Policy and FAQ in Partner Center. That document will explain which OnPrem perpetual products are eligible and Exhibit 1 is a list of eligible “from” and “to” products.
- A confidential document called the Global Promo Readiness Guide provides eligibility, geography, start/end dates of current promotions, including the BTTC2 (Bridge to the Cloud 2) promotion.
