Bridge to Cloud 2 - BC Essentials to Prem upgrade

Can any one confirm if the Bridge to Cloud 2 Promo licenses can be upgraded? Customer wants to purchase Business Central Essentials licenses but may have a requirement to upgrade these to Business Central Premium during the the course of the 36 months?

*** If your customer is eligible for the B2C2 promo, my suggestion would be to purchase the (premium) licenses that you said they'll eventually need within the 3yr term. ***

If you'd still prefer to purchase the Essentials licenses w/ hopes to upgrade to Premium during the 3yr. term, please review pg.10 of the NCE Handbook under "Making changes to subscriptions".  

Per the NCE Handbook, upgrades are available in NCE, however, you must use the Offer Matrix to search to check the availability of upgrades.  The Offer Matrix will also show if there is an available promo for the upgraded licenses.
