thanks for the conversation as I read two different articles, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/announcements/2023-july#next-steps-in-csp-new-commerce-commercial-legacy-seat-based-subscription-migration-and-introduction-of-public-sector-offers and then this announcement in June https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/announcements/2023-june#license-based-legacy-commercial-offers-to-be-deprecated-july-2023

I am a bit confused and I appreciate your assistance here.

One of my customers' Legacy Microsoft 365 E3 subscriptions is renewing in September. Would the customer be able to renew their Legacy subscription or they have to convert into NCE?
