Secure Score isn't loading
Hi!
For more than a week, the Microsoft Secure Score isn't displaying my organisation's score or any actions to review or recommended ones. I'm having problems with Teams' access lately and I need to check the security configurations as soon as possible. Does anyone have the same issue?

EDIT: seems like this solution is only possible with at least Business Premium Licenses.
I had the same issue and was able to resolve it like this:
- Go to https://security.microsoft.com/
- Click on Cloud-Apps -> Policies -> Policy management
- Now some stuff is prepared in the background
- After a few minutes (5-10 minutes in my case) a Microsoft Defender Wizard pops up:
- Click through the Wizard and close it
- Go to the Home Tab of Security

I'll say Thank You - but unfortunately I don't have this option of Cloud Apps between Email Collaboration and SOC Optimization. I'm in the same boat as VinceHoang​

I would say thank you but it doesn't appear to apply to us. We don't have this option called 'Cloud Apps'.

Same issue just stuck in Preparing.
I also have a message at the top saying "Microsoft is calculating your Secure Score, which usually takes 2-4 days from when your tenant was created. Please check back later."
But my tenant was not created recently.

yes -we have several tenants, all set up years ago - all still show 'calculating score'. Unfortunately one of my clients is renewing their cyber insurance and needs that score as part of the application. A real pain.

Yes - I have a handful of tenants that we look after, all are stuck on 'preparing'. I've not checked Secure Score since last year (annual insurance requirement) but none of them are showing....
