Secure Score isn't loading

EDIT: seems like this solution is only possible with at least Business Premium Licenses.

 

I had the same issue and was able to resolve it like this:

  1. Go to https://security.microsoft.com/
  2. Click on Cloud-Apps -> Policies -> Policy management
  3. Now some stuff is prepared in the background
  4. After a few minutes (5-10 minutes in my case) a Microsoft Defender Wizard pops up:
  5. Click through the Wizard and close it
  6. Go to the Home Tab of Security

I'll say Thank You - but unfortunately I don't have this option of Cloud Apps between Email Collaboration and SOC Optimization. I'm in the same boat as VinceHoang​
