Youtube video freezes when sharing in a TEAMS meeting
I am a corporate trainer for several offices throughout several states. We are using Microsoft TEAMS to conduct training for all office at once. When sharing a Youtube Video, the video freezes while the audio continues to play in all the offices joined to the meeting. However, on my end audio and video are running smoothly. How do I correct this?
Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Am just wondering:
- Could there be some issues with their internet connection perhaps getting congested during the meeting?
- If you were sharing a window with them, could you try sharing your desktop instead or the other way round to see if there is any difference?
