For some of our colleagues "You're 2h ahead" is displayed but we're all in the same time zone (UTC+01:00, Vienna, DST)... Time zone is equal for all of us in: Windows system settings Outlook/E...

Hi,
It seems like somewhere the configuration is set to a different. Can you check the users location under the licenses tab? If the location/country is different then you might run into the same issues.

"licenses tab", where? I am lost...
On the contact info popup (the popup that appears when hover with the mouse over the avatar of a contact):
Location is set to AT which is correct/same as mine... But it seems to be just some "text" and not real location information at all (GPS coordinates or time-zone)... The text even contains the city and address of the building...
We also checked Windows regional settings and we are all at the same location but for some of the contacts this "You're 2h ahead" message appears...
For me it looks like that just the information "You're 2h ahead" is wrong...

1. Please login to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
2. Go to the User Profile as an Global Administrator
3. In the Licenses Tab the Global Admin will see the country selected. If that is mismatch this would be error

Indeed, country and time-zone (only one time-zone, small country ;-)) are correctly set up.
Recently discovered that for another persons it displays 4 hrs ahead... If just 1 hr difference it would maybe explained by DST but 2 hrs difference...
