Yealink T56a - loses expansion after latest update
Hello,
Came in the other morning to notice the expansion add on (exp50) is not working on my Yealink T56a phone (also noticed that the main screen is different layout)
After trying various thing carry out factory reset
Once signed back in the expansion working again
Over night it updated to the latest firmware again and the expansion stopped working again.
Can you please check into this?
Software/firmware that causes the expansion not to work

If you factory reset the phone, then in the teams admin page, teams devices, phones, top right there Acton button and you can pause updates - I have done this to keep the phones working

Great, thank you. It only helps for 15 days and then I need to do it again. But it is better than factory resetting every couple of days.

Yes, I do have the same problem. After the last Teams Update on the phone to version
1449/1.0.94.2024062811 the EXP keeps to show a blank screen.
