Why is the call button greyed out.
The title block is blue and the call button is greyed out for this co-worker and when trying to use the call button it just says "something is wrong at this time". This is new....any help or kno...
Thank you for your question. I think a possible answer to this could be that perhaps your calling permissions on Teams have been changed. If you are using Teams software in a corporate capacity that is subject to company oversight, then administrators may have restricted your access by amending the Teams Calling Policy. Hope this helps!
