Why cant i share files in an external chat?
I am the admin for our company, and we allow external chats without issues. Where we are having problems, is we cannot share any files/images with those external users, and there is no setting i can find to allow this? This seems like an extremely basic feature to exclude. If i had the option to quickly change between accounts/companies i would do that, but Teams doesnt allow that either...

- Chat uses onedrive for file sharing and Utilizing direct permissions for the file sharing. Currently this is not possible when using external chat.
Found a uservoice for it but I’m sure there are similar with more votes. Hopefully Microsoft has something in the works here. Until then sharing a file from onedrive to get a link and pasting in the chat is the alternative although not ideal.
