We have someone who was on the call review the Action Steps that Teams produces. That's what matters most to us. We will on occasion ask Copilot a question about a meeting we have had in the past and it does a good job of retrieving the info. Asking "Did Bill agree to do XYZ" will typically bring up the info needed.
