Whiteboard Issues

We are using the Whiteboard feature tied to a future meeting, accessing it through the Calendar app. One user seems unable to access it; he doesn't even get a loading circle. I had him restart Teams and it worked once, then he seemed to "lose" it and now nothing will load, it just stays white and blank. When he was able to access it the one time, he was able to make changes and everything. Any ideas?
