I am sorry to be a bearer of bad news, but the roadmap element was updated yesterday (07/30/2019) with a release expected during Q1 2020...
It's a real shame such a delay without any official word from the Teams Product Team, especially after they widely announced its release (blog post in March, Roadmap Element, Message Center, ...)
- Yeah, kind of suspected though! Thanks
- Seems to been delayed! Hopefully soon! Some prerelease tenants had it for some time now
- Yes it is currently in development. See Microsoft 365 Roadmap here

Last Modified: 4/30/2019 - so last updated some time ago.
A few months back, the tab in Teams was changed from Meetings to Calendar in anticipation of the change but was rolled back.
However, as most in this community know - it definitely is coming soon however we can't give an approximate date
Hope that clarifies!
Best, Chris- I really wish Microsoft would just post up an update saying regression testing due to bug, or furthur development needed or something instead of making people telling others that something is coming when it's MIA. Especially when it hits message center and goes MIA that's the worse, roadmap is one thing, but message center we expect it to come when you say it's going to start rolling out, or at least give another message center saying we found an issue and will be delayed x, or we will send another message with updated rollout dates.
