When anyone on their camera they get pinned for me

When anyone on their camera, they get pinned for me, I can't see the normal screen, like when 1 person on their camera, it just shows them ONLY please help, before this was not there, it might be an update but... for others, it's not like this. I'm using a Windows 10 64 bit core i7 processer
