What Licensing is require for a user to call as a Resource Account
What do the users and RA account have to have if they are setup in a AA and call queue to be able to call out as the RA account phone number? Is is possible for a user in a call queue to call out on...

Agents who receive calls from a Call queue must be Enterprise Voice enabled online or on-premises users
