What happens in the Files tab in Teams when the 5000 list view threshold is reached for the library?
The Files tab does not seem to be using the views directly, so maybe nothing is going to happen in Teams even though the threshold is reached when viewing in SharePoint? Or what?
I would say that for now you don't how to worry about that limit, but with the upcoming improvements on how SPO Document Libraries are integrated in Teams that limit could arise
Doc libraries are supposed to auto index and be fine. I’ve used large libraries without much fuss in SPO. If anything I think I recall that the teams files tab only handles a couple hundred files before you have to open in SharePoint.
