What does "Liking" a Teams post mean?
Does Liking a Teams post mean that you acknowledge that you've seen the message (but we have read receipts) or does it mean that you really "Like" the post?

Liji Thomas as others have said, it’s how you want it interpreted in your organisation. We have a House Rules Wiki tab in the main team channel that establishes how we like to manage etiquette.
It’s separated into Rules of Engagement and Channels (1-2 sentences on the general etiquette/purpose of each channel). It’s super short but effective. In this particular instance, under Rules of Engagement we have:
Give a thumbs up or like as acknowledgment
Use thumbs up or like as the equivalent for “got it”, “sounds good”, and “ok”. This saves multiple and annoying spam of acknowledgment responses.
Hope this helps!
