What does "Liking" a Teams post mean?
Does Liking a Teams post mean that you acknowledge that you've seen the message (but we have read receipts) or does it mean that you really "Like" the post?

Liji Thomas It's not a "I've read the message" It should be that you like the content, just as it says. But honestly it tends to mean very little. It's use in Facebook, to a degree, means that you've read it. But more often it is a "If I don't hit it, the person will think that I'm ignoring them" button.
I recommend using it as a I like it, but interpret it as close to nothing. Doesn't mean that someone likes what I've posted, or dislikes it. It doesn't mean that someone has read the message or not, just that they've taken the time to hit a button (and could have missed one of the other icons.)
