Welcome to Group message

On adding users to a Teams they get the default 'Welcome to the Group' message from in Outlook. Do different types of users get different types of message? would users on the network or with Microsoft accounts get a different type of Welcome message to guests or guests with non Microsoft accounts. See attachments, welcome message 1 is the default message users on the network get when added to a group or Teams and welcome message 2 is I think what guests or users with non linked accounts get? With the 'welcome to group 2' message I'm particular interested in the 'Email the Group' and 'go to shared notebook' sections and why are they different to the other welcome to the group template?

    Guests do get a different version of the message, as they get limited set of features (and/or permissions) when accessing a team in another organization's tenant.
