webcam and microphone not recognised, linux client

Teams does not recognise my webcam nor my microphone. I'm running debian 10 with Xfce4.12 on a Lenovo Thinkpad T470s. Both worked quite fine with same setup but Gnome 3.30 as Desktopenvironment. I'm guessing some dependencies pulled in by gnome an
