Multiple advisories open for Teams currently in the Message Centre. Teams Admin Centre and setting policies is related. The team is working through extra load due to the growth of usage in the service over the last few weeks
I would keep an eye on the message centre, however I would also raise a ticket as the team will notify you when it is remediated
