LeonPavesic It rather depends on your web app, you can create a Teams app to present a page but some apps don't like being embedded into another page, some will have issues with specific limitations and authentication can either easy or super complex.

In simple terms use the Developer Studio app to create an app definition, fill in the mandatory fields and add a Personal Tab that points at your web page.
