Viva Connections Dashboard: not allowed to see content
In the "Teams app for mobile" users who use the Viva Connections app suddenly get the following error when selecting the Dashboard tab:
"Dashboard is not available
You don't have permissie to view this content. Try again later."
It has worked for days since I set up Viva Connections and the Dashboard through the homesite. Last night I switched rootsites; the homesite that I used to setup Viva Connections is now the rootsite. Since then the Viva Connections still works fine as webpart in SharePoint and also the Feed and Resources tabs work perfectly in in the Teams-app for mobile.
I did the following with no result:
- I edited the dashboard with a new board
- I logged in as a different user
- In the Teams admin site I switched off the allow Viva Connections app for an hour and switched it on again
- I checked if permissions had changed on the homesite (still "everybody in the organisation" is reader of the communication page)
And other suggestion?
- Solved! I don't know if any of my actions did the trick or that it was just a matter of time (many changes in the M365 environment tend to take several hours).
