Video not working on microsoft team
hello, videos are not playing on my sons microsoft teams account however they do work on his classmates account. today my son was not able to watch the live feed fromhis teacher and then after it was done, the teacher uploaded the video and it still cannot be viewed on my son s account as it never finishes loading

When you say from his account have you tried accessing teams on another device, like a phone or another laptop?
If it works on another device then you know its an issue with the device he is using and not Teams itself. A re-install may then help.

I guess it is recorded in Teams and saved in Microsoft Stream. Do you try to view it from your Teams client? Is it the Teams web application (https://teams.microsoft.com) or desktop client, try both. You could also watch it directly from Microsoft Stream, sign in with a web browser to https://web.microsoftstream.com/
