I guess it is recorded in Teams and saved in Microsoft Stream. Do you try to view it from your Teams client? Is it the Teams web application (https://teams.microsoft.com) or desktop client, try both. You could also watch it directly from Microsoft Stream, sign in with a web browser to https://web.microsoftstream.com/
