Video in Teams on iPhone 6s

I am able to join a Teams meeting on my IPhone 6s via the web app. I have checked my settings and it’s allowing access to the microphone and camera. However, during the meeting I can see and hear everyone else but my video doesn’t work so they can’t see me. Any idea how to rectify this?
