Video calls and screen share make Teams and Windows 10 unusable
Has anyone found a solution yet? I have a range of Microsoft Corporation Surface Pro 7+'s having similar issues.

Im facing the exact issue, I sold my surface pro 5 and bought a surface pro 7 but the problem remains. My Solution to work effectively.
I start Teams on my SP 7, and also join the same meeting via my phone, Switch on video on Phone.
Screen sharing and audio via SP7, Switching from 2 screens to only 1 screen (I have an external 27" HP screen) The SP 7 is still burning on its back, but CPU is not throttling, I can work for 2-3 hr meetings on Teams.
I am using the USB C dock not the surface dock (Dont know If that makes a difference)
I also tried Win 11 (Insider Preview) with SP 5 in the hope that it would improve the situation, It got worse, so i sold it and got the SP 7 with Win 10 again. Atleast managable.
Im surprised no one from MS is doing anything about it, My 2 year old HP device works perfectly with Teams but not the fancy SP 7.
