Video Call to external number (DID)

Hi, All

Can Microsoft Teams communicate with external users by video-calls to their external phone number? 
For example, user from Teams "Name@xx.com"  makes outgoing call to an external number +38050хх.
Нow can he turn on the video?
 
OR:
- Can we route local calls from Teams users to external device (SBC) ? (set parameter value IsInternalExtension=False for user of Teams)

Здравствуйте. 
Подскажите, можно ли как-то заставить проключить видео при исходящем звонке с Тимс на внешние телефонные номера? Гостевой доступ - не тот функционал, там звонки доступны для того же пользователя Тимс.  Все наши тесты привели к тому, что с Тимс видео никак нельзя включить при обычных звонках в мир )
Может, кто-то знает точный ответ на этот вопрос?
Будем признательны за совет

    palageya73  No, you can't make a video PSTN call using Teams. 

     

    You can route calls to an external, supported SBC via Direct Routing. MS has lots of documentation on the topic.
