I understand your frustration but I guess there are bigger problems in the world to worry about, like this COVID19 situation.
Microsoft is putting everything on keeping the services online during this crazy times. As already mentioned, I think as well that Microsoft deserves an applause!
Give it a little more as it is already spotted in beta rings 😀

Mitchell BakkerCovid is exactly the reason this is needed. We are using Teams for patient rounding with the entire care team on calls with the patient simultaneously. In most cases there are more than 4 participants involved.
