Using your Primary teams account with your guest accoutn with no switching

I'm wondering if its possible to use your Primary Teams account alongside the guest access you have to a separate organisation without having to switch between them. So ideally when you open Teams you could see Teams,Chats and Channels all in one place.

I know for some having them separate might make it easier to manage but for some whom have to keep switching and might keep forgetting to change over and check in case they have missed a messsage, the option to see them in one place would be handy.
