Using Teams with multiple organizations
ThereseSolimeno I hate to say it, but whether or not you unmarked the best response, it still shows up with a Green Tick (with Solved! shown in the popover), and a giant black banner across the response reading "best response confirmed by ThereseSolimeno".
I've been following this thread for more than a year, and it's quite disappointing to see no visible progress on the problem, with the majority of is still needing to either use mobile devices, or having to keep numerous different browsers open at the same time to stay connected to multiple different Teams in different Organisations.
A "best response" designation is not necessarily a solution - it's literally the best response available at a certain point in time, and MVPs can certainly mark them if they agree. E.g. sometimes, the best response to a user's feature request or issue is "it's not available at this time [or here is a workaround] and you should fill out a request on Uservoice." As time goes on - in this case over a year - other information comes to light but it's not practical for users to search through thousands of posts to insure that the best response still holds up. We rely on the members to help with this, and if you feel that this is no longer a best response, it's easy enough to remove that. I just want to make sure everyone understands what the "best response" designation is meant to do.
