With this, you can add one organization's members to other as contacts and use them in contact list. Not sure, this help you in all your requirements

- Since with the PWA I can no longer use a Browsertab to have my second organization open this issue gets more urgent!
I often be in one organisation in a call but need documents or chats from the other organisation. But I can not access it while in the call cause switching organisation means teams is "restarting".
This is a real problem! Please find a solution here asap.
