Using Teams to Register for Meeting

Does anyone know if users can select a Teams meeting from a series of options? For example, we are offering workshops for a group of colleagues and would like them to be able to select the one they would like to attend. It would be great if there was also a limit to the number of people who could sign up for a Teams meeting.
