using MS Teams to create a video message board
Our organization is new to MS Teams. We operate 24 hours a day, multiple shifts. We need to pass information between shifts. My supervisor would like to use a workstation with Teams installed connected to a big screen TV. He wants to display custom documents/messages or videos on the TV from a remote computer. Could Teams be used for this? Is there a better solution?

Here is the Microsoft Digital WhiteBoard that can be used for Presenting. I haven't done this kind of a solution but for your requirement I can recommend a workaround solution that should be helpful.

1. Create a Team of all the Members who are required to Publish the Information Round the Clock.
2. Add One Note in the Microsoft Teams Channel. Using this One Note Application all the information which needs to be published to round the clock team members can be published accordingly.
