Using Microsoft Teams Team feature
Hello,
I have a question regarding the user of a Microsoft Teams team and the licencing requirements.
I have 1 fully licenced user (Business Standard) who has created a team and wants to invite 7 x unlicensed users to the team so they can communicate via text and share images and files. Is this possible or do the 7 x users need to have a minimum of a Business Basic licence? The unlicensed users all have Microsoft accounts created in the same tenant as the licenced user.
Can anyone advise? From what I can tell, this is possible but there is a size limit on content that can be shared in the team.
Many Thanks,

- To be compliant with Microsoft licensing all your corporate users must have an Office 365 license. And yes, in your scenario the 7 users should have each a Business Basic license to properly use Teams
- Hi, they must have a Teams license. You should read this https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/user-access
And this https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/sharepoint-onedrive-interact
