Using certain websites block out audio from Teams

Hello. 

This morning I was in a Teams meeting. Simultaneously, I had the Microsoft Planner and Miro websites open. When I clicked on certain places on these websites, the incoming audio from Teams was muted, until I either clicked somewhere else or closed the browser.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Not all websites do this, so I'm unsure of how to replicate this.
