User stuck in a boot loop crash in Teams

Hello,

 

I have a remote user who's getting a boot loop crash on teams and I have followed all of the advice I can find to correct it. Below are the troubleshooting steps I have tried:
1) Uninstall and reinstall teams

2) Removed profile data stored in appdata/Microsoft/teams

3) cleared credential manager teams entries

4) closed all Microsoft apps and interrupted teams login

5) tested with another login and verified that the application crash loops with another set of credentials

 

I'm not sure how I should proceed with troubleshooting this issue and I don't have a good option to swap out his hardware at this time. I have logs from the machine impacted although I'm not certain what part of those logs would be useful and I can't attach a txt file. Any help would be appreciated.
