Used moved out of the Country and can't login to Teams "Ask your Administrator to enable Microsoft T

Greetings, 

 

One of our users has moved out of the country (He is now in Colombia, was previously in Spain, in case this is relevant) and since then he has not been able to log in Teams. Every time he tries, the message "Ask your Administrator to enable Microsoft Teams for XXXTenant" pops up.

 

This error pops up in Desktop Teams, Online Teams of Teams APP, the user has a E1 license correctly activated and it has worked until now.

 

Does anyone know what could be the cause of that error?

    Ask the Tenant Admin to check the Conditional Access Policies. Maybe the country is blocked.

  • I would double check the license and see if Microsoft Teams is ticked there
