This doesn't extend to the meeting invite, as that's an exchange object, but most of the Teams specific settings are controllable by Co-organisers.

Thanks for the quick response.
Most meetings are set up like this.
But it is a Team with 10 people and with up to 10 customer meetings a day. So the failure rate is expected to be high and afaik you can only add people that are invited in the meeting - which is not the case.

Seems like there is no real solution here.
Maybe with PowerApps and a shared mailbox that has a license. But i don't have the experience for building something like that.
Will move that into the "maybe someday" folder
