Uploading Files to Teams site

I have a folder on our local server that is 4.46GB in size with 8,237 files in 4,309 folder.  I want to upload this to the Team Site.  The site had the capacity to hold twice that size.

When trying, some files are not transferred and there is no easy way to determine all the files were uploaded.

Anyone have a suggestion on how to do this and verify everything was uploaded?
