Update Theme in Ms Teams issue

I am trying to change Team's profile picture, but it just keep running with "Saving Change" message.

I have to force quit the application. Any one can suggest solution? I tried both, the desktop app and web version

    Well, you could just change your avatar via http://www.office.com, login with your credential and upload the picture then it will apply to Teams.

        I think u're refer to change the picture for a Channel in Teams, as you cannot edit the avatar with group chat.

        Try to check your network connection and switch to another network, e.g. personal hotspot should fix your issue.
