unable to upgrade Power Automate within MS Teams from version 1.0.1 to 1.0.3

My client is unable to upgrade Power Automate within Teams from version 1.0.1 to 1.0.3. It offers the upgrade but when the user clicks it, it closes and when they reopen it, it offers the upgrade again. We have tried a full re-install of Teams but this hasn’t helped.
