Unable to see Chat in Teams but I can view it when I use the pop out windwo
I'm not able to view chat when I click on a user in Teams. It shows a blank. However, when I click on the pop-out window button (highlighted in RED in the screenshot) I am able to view the chat.
Is this a bug? Can you help fix this?
- Most certainly a cache related issue. If it looks good using Teams on the web you know for sure. Try deleting your desktop cache for starters or simply sign out manually (top right corner) and quit the Teams app by right-clicking on the taskbar icon to the right.
