Unable to open forms.office.com or any URL from Microsoft Teams

Hello Experts,

I am unable to open a link to forms.office.com  or any URL ( Hyperlink) from my Teams assignments. It never opens. This problem is with the TEAMS desktop application

I have:

1) Cleared Microsoft Team cache

2) Logged out/in many times in Teams

3) Uninstalled/installed  teams Several Times.

4) Installed the entire Office suite 

5) I tried to create a new form and the app didnt open and I got this error:

This is happening since last Windows update. Any suggestion?
